Who we are
Khanat Holdings LLC is a locally owned, hands-on property management company founded by Katy and Mo Khanat. We live in the community we serve, and we take an active role in caring for the buildings and the people who rely on them. Our approach is simple: show up, stay involved, and manage our property with the same pride we put into our own home.
Our building
Our flagship property at 201 E Lake Street is a historic mixed-use building that blends old-world charm with modern updates. With two commercial tenants — including a locally loved Mexican restaurant and a respected tattoo parlor — and eight fully leased apartments above, the building reflects the energy and diversity of the neighborhood we’re proud to support.
We directly oversee maintenance, tenant communication, improvements, and daily operations to make sure the property stays safe, stable, and well cared for.
